Essence Cosmetics Singapore New & Improved Polish Line (Arriving this November!)

Some exciting changes are taking place within the essence brand, including the new and upcoming redesigned, repackaged, revamped colour & go polish line.

Within the new  and innovative range will be 44 new colours, something to suit everyone. They will have an intense gel-shine effect (perfect for people who want to achieve glossy nails - minus the topcoat). Ultra-fast drying formula, long durability and perfect coverage.

They don't contain any formaldehyde, toluene and emollient phthalate. The new improved brush, is actually two nylon brushes positioned close together with a rounded tip for faster distribution, better accuracy and less streaks. Sounds intriguing. I'm excited to try out the new formula and brush and let you guys know if they are indeed better than before.

You're probably wondering about the change in price?

The old polishes cost S$2.80 for 5mL of product, the new packaging brings you 8mL for S$2.90! They were good value before but now they are great value. They are bringing back the colour coded lids, which make the polish bottle so unique and cute. The shape is also different, it's like a hourglass.

Can you tell how excited I am...I need to contain myself :P

They will be available in all Watsons stores from this November 2012 (Where are essence cosmetics sold in Singapore? Check out my blogpost here)

If you're not really a colour fan, then you can also check out the revamped  Nude Glam polish line. Find a perfect nude for any occasion.

If that wasn't enough, essence cosmetics Singapore is hosting a  nail art contest on their Facebook page  (here essence cosmetics Singapore) Contest closes on  Saturday 10th November 2012 by 6p.m

All you have to do is create a nail art look using only essence polishes and email it to kayess123@gmail.com and include your name, contact and colours used in your design.

The 3 photos with the most likes will receive a goody bag!

I already entered (I'm really not great at nail art, at all, but it was fun to create), and if you're in Singapore you should enter too!

If you want to stock up on some of the old colour & go polishes then now is the time. You can check out my reviews and swatches of three of my favourite ones here:

*Let me know if you're going to enter the competition and what your favourite shades are below!*

Thanks for stopping by!
